This commitment forms part of the recently launched Customer Charter, as Jayne Sullivan, Operations Director at DOORCO explains: ”At DOORCO, we have always set our standards extremely high to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations. The launch of our Customer Charter is us putting these standards out there for transparency, so our customers know what to expect and our delivery promise forms part of that Charter. All customers have the option of a free weekly delivery as a minimum for Prepped Door orders, or if something is needed at short notice, we can arrange next day delivery on any distribution slab ordered before 3pm. We are extremely fortunate to have the benefit of a bespoke software solution, designed specifically to enable us to guarantee faster deliveries and improve on OTIF scores for customers, without sacrificing product quality or consistency.
