Network VEKA MD John Ogilvie explains: “Within a luxurious, gloss-finished folder, Network VEKA members will find an equally impressive 12-page introduction brochure explaining the history, principles and process behind the Network, our Customer Charter and an endorsement from Brand Ambassador Steve Davis OBE.
“The folder has a pocket to safely stow away the brochure, alongside individual sheets detailing the full spectrum of products available from Network VEKA installers. From window and door hardware through to orangeries, conservatories and sun rooms, everything is covered and, by virtue of being removable, members can choose to include only the leaflets that are applicable to their company.
“We’ve also unveiled our brand new website, in keeping with the look and feel of the new literature. It has been fully optimised for use on tablets and mobile devices as well as laptops and desktop computers.
“The site comprehensively covers products, guarantees and Network VEKA’s all-important commitment to quality. There’s a dedicated homeowner reviews page and a restyled News section, sharing the latest from both the organisation and our individual member companies.
“One feature held over from the previous site is a simple customer enquiry form, allowing us to redirect valuable leads straight to Network VEKA members in the local area.
“We’re looking forward to getting some feedback from member companies and their customers.
“2014 saw Network VEKA reach the milestones of 230,000 happy customers and a combined installation value of £850m. As we enter Network VEKA’s 19th year, we’re looking forward to seeing what more we can achieve with our loyal customer base.”
