When lockdown began last year, Alutech Systems was quick to adapt, allowing them to continue offering a 5-day delivery and excellent customer support. Thanks to the hardworking team and capacity to hold large amounts of stock at their warehouse in West Yorkshire, Alutech saw volumes increase by 50%. That’s why they are now pleased to welcome two new Business Development Managers to the team, Ben Kelly and Chloe Bullers.
Ben and Chloe, who are both based in the South of England, will allow Alutech to expand their coverage of the UK and provide even better customer service, supporting the future growth of the business.
Ben Kelly said, “I’m very pleased to become the newest member of the Alutech Systems sales team! I have, for many years, worked within the industry of Glass and PVC. In that time, I’ve seen continuous growth within the Aluminium Fabrication sector.
“When the opportunity arose to work with Alutech, I was keen to join a company that is seeing incredible achievements year-on-year and to also become a member of what is already a positive, keen and hungry company, to deliver a superior product with great service and keen pricing.
“I’ll be doing my best to bring a professional approach in driving new business, but also making sure that existing customers receive continuous support, whether it be with marketing, pricing or additional training. I pride myself on really listening to customers’ needs and actioning requests as promptly as possible. Building a truthful and reliable service is key within my working style.”
Chloe Bullers commented, “I’m really looking forward to working with Alutech. I’ve heard amazing things about them, especially the people. I’m sure I’ll fit in just fine at Alutech. Coming from a sales background, this industry is very new to me, but I’m sure I’ll take the bull by the horns and thrive doing what I do best… TALKING!”
