Following the launch of its new super-slim Ali VU aluminium window at the beginning of the year, Senior Architectural Systems has reported a significant increase in the number of new trade accounts being set up as more and more contractors take advantage of the company’s new residential product offering.
In the period from January to June 2018, Senior has signed up 20 new companies working in the domestic sector across the UK, helping to generate approximately £1m in sales for its new customer base who have chosen to ‘ask for Ali’.
With a long-standing and successful track record of working in the commercial sector, Senior’s expansion into the domestic residential market has seen the company use its renowned manufacturing expertise to create Ali VU, a slim line high performance aluminium window, and the Ali FOLD range of aluminium bi-folds and patio doors. Specifically designed to be both easy to fabricate and install, the new Ali range is also proving to be a popular choice with homeowners who are looking for a thermally-efficient and attractive alternative to UPVC and timber windows and doors.
As well as being impressed with the high quality and high performance of the product range, trade customers have also been keen to take advantage of the wide range of benefits available to registered account holders, including technical advice, PR and marketing support, and access to exclusive sales resources such as Senior’s new Signature colour swatch book.
To further support the new Ali range, Senior has also invested in a dedicated marketing campaign to raise awareness of both its products and service offering, resulting in an increase in followers on social media as more customers take advantage of being able to showcase their work to a wider audience.
