Major UK distributor Window Ware, has announced role changes within its Senior Management Team. Sarah Binns, who was previously Marketing Manager, is now Head of Internal Sales & Marketing, alongside Richard Bryant who has been promoted to Commercial Director.
Sarah is now responsible for Window Ware’s Internal Sales, Trade Counter and Marketing Teams. Her new role aims to continually develop the company’s objective to create greater customer intimacy and excellence, through internal sales, the website and their trade counter. Commenting on the new role, Sarah said: “After spending the first 15 years of my career at Window Ware in sales and customer service roles, I’m delighted my new role will provide me with the opportunity to develop our customer care plan to ensure the needs of our valued customers are always exceeded”.
Richard Bryant is now responsible for the field sales team. Richard has developed into this fuller role over the past year and has already taken on a lead role in developing the company’s sales strategy. Richard will continue to be responsible for technical department and the direction of the company’s product range. Richard added: “I’m excited to take on the challenges the new role will bring, and with my previous experience of working in a field sales role, and twenty years of industry experience I understand the needs of our customer base and look forward to continually developing our product offering”.
