Dessian Products’ Managing Director and Chairman recently made the short trip from Belfast to Cumbernauld for the official opening of the new One Stop Shop trade counter and showroom at Dessian Scotland.
Nigel Bothwell, Managing Director, and Stephen Sproule, Chairman, joined Dessian’s Scottish team to meet with trade, retail and commercial customers at the opening and talk to them about Dessian’s renewed commitment to the Scottish market and about the vast range of products available at value for money prices.
A broad range of suppliers were also at the event including the team from REHAU’s Glasgow sales office, who work closely with Dessian in Scotland on a day to day basis providing sales and commercial support.
Colin Pearson, the head of the REHAU sales office, said: “The official opening was a great opportunity for us to show Dessian’s customers the strength of the partnership which exists between our two businesses and to demonstrate how we are supporting Dessian’s new initiatives in the trade sector.”
The One Shop Shop trade counter and showroom is already open for trade customers to bring homeowners to see the complete range of products available from Dessian before they buy.
As well as a comprehensive choice of windows and doors in the REHAU TOTAL 70 profile system, the showroom also features composite doors, a range of uPVC door panels, trims, roofline products, door canopies, decorative glass, window dressings and even glass splash backs for customers to touch and view.
John McDermott, who is the General Manager of Dessian Scotland judged the event to have been a success. He said: “We had lots of customers here to see the new showroom and trade counter for the first time and helpful and enthusiastic support from suppliers. We’ve certainly put the showroom on the map.”
The new showroom and trade counter is now open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 – 4.30 and by appointment on evenings and weekends. Further details on Dessian in Scotland are available at www.dessian.co.uk/dessian-scotland.
