Customers of Glazerite Windows Ltd gave an enthusiastic welcome to the company’s newly updated Satellite online ordering system, as well as gaining insights into the new Document Q, at the latest of its customer days, at the Maco HQ in Kent.
Installers saw how the latest version of Satellite does far more than handle orders – its advanced functionality gives each customer their own fully branded and customised paperwork such as order acknowledgements, invoices and letters, to present a professional appearance in all dealings with homeowners.
Everyone was impressed with the new system with one delegate, Chris Pettitt of Ramsgate Glass Centre saying: “It’s faster and more powerful, and the customised paperwork will be a real benefit. I picked up lots of hints and tips about making the most of the system – and it was a great day all round.”
Glazerite Sales and Marketing Manager Chris Thompson said: “Lots of other customers have told us they are keen to make the most of Satellite. As well as the increased speed and efficiency, the choice for customers to use their own branding is exactly in line with our philosophy of supporting customers to promote their own identity while keeping the Glazerite name in the background.”
Visitors also gained valuable insights into the new Document Q from guest speaker Austin Greene of the Assure Competent Persons Scheme. Chris Thompson added: “Austin did a great job of spelling out exactly how this will affect Glazerite customers”.
