SHOT14Emplas has announced ambitious plans to redefine industry expectations of service and support with a major announcement early next month [August].

The Northamptonshire fabricator, says it is its intention to shake-up the lead generation, marketing and sales support offered by fabricators and systems companies to retail businesses.

Mike Crewdson, Sales and Marketing Director, Emplas, which published the findings of its consumer product survey in June, said the company was preparing to ‘change the game’.

He said: “The support that installers get from fabricators and systems companies isn’t good enough and we’re going to change that.

“Our strategy has always been to grow by supporting that of our customers and that’s as true today as it’s ever been. What we’re going to be doing over the coming weeks is to re-double our efforts with what we believe will be a game-changing new scheme.”

A poll last year revealed that Emplas’ product quality was rated good or excellent by 98.7 per cent of its customers compared to an industry average of 79.2 per cent. It also scored an enviable 99.3 per cent figure for complete and on time deliveries compared to an 84.6 per cent industry average.

Crewdson said that it was Emplas ambition to build on these foundations and one of the UK’s largest product ranges, to bring a new and even more comprehensive offer to installers.

He added: “We have been working on this project for the last six months, building and developing a concept in response to what our customers are telling us but also on our forward analysis of where the industry is going.

“We’ll reveal what that means for those qualifying installers in August. In the meantime find our more by following #InstallerPartnership or #@emplaswindows on twitter and the trade press.”
