Tradelink welcomes Justin Marshall

Justin Marshall

At a time where many companies are freezing recruitment or even downsizing, Tradelink, the trade fabricator with 20 years of experience in understanding installers’ needs, has invested in its people with the addition of a new recruit to the aluminum production plant.

Originally from a military background, Justin Marshall joins the Tradelink Team as Production Supervisor for Aluminium following years of experience gaining knowledge of production techniques, most recently at paving manufacturer Marshalls. Such is Justin’s expertise that he has accumulated a green belt under the Six Sigma quality management programme, and so has already implemented much of the positive changes seen within the aluminium plant since his arrival.

Justin comments on his new role: “It’s great to be part of an organisation that practices World Class Manufacturing. I’m looking forward to bringing my skills to the aluminium plant to further improve its already impressive levels of quality and efficiency.”

Managing Director Jim Moody adds: “We are pleased to welcome Justin to the team. He is well trained in production techniques and has already spear headed a lot of the changes to the plant. Tradelink is unique in that we continually invest in order to ensure improvement. As well as our products and services, we feel it is equally as important to invest in our people to achieve the best results for us and our customers.”
