Based in Cambridge, Ohio, Edgetech I.G. was officially formed in 1989 to produce insulating glass units based around a unique technology invented four years earlier.
Its flagship product is now Super Spacer, an all-foam edge seal product portfolio which offers durability, competitive energy performance and effective resistance to condensation.
Edgetech now also works to educate professionals within the industry and residential households on the natural partnership between well-performing insulating glass units and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
Internationally, Edgetech I.G. has had a presence in the UK and Germany since 2003, with its national headquarters located in Coventry and Neuss respectively.
After averaging 100 per cent sales growth in the UK each year from 2003 to 2006, the company opened a manufacturing facility in Coventry - its first outside of the US.
